OUR PURPOSE

Odin was formed to work with companies and institutions not simply for them or across the table from them. Our purpose is simple: to provide best advice to clients on complex situations and to facilitate clients’ objectives in respect of their business and asset in as efficacious a manner as possible.

We believe all clients, assets and situations are unique. Key to Odin’s mode of operation therefore is its flexibility and entrepreneurial spirit. We seek to solve problems as presented rather than simply fitting the problem into a standard corporate finance model with associated “cookie cutter” execution advice.

  • Trust is at the core of both our advisory and investment businesses. It is the foundation upon which we build and maintain long-standing relationships – we are clear from the outset and deliver on what we commit.

  • We act with integrity at all times, with everyone and in all situations.

  • The client is at the centre of everything we do. If we are not working to solve their issues or promote their businesses and causes, then we are not delivering on our promise.

  • We do not seek the limelight. Whilst perfectly equipped to work in the glaze of public scrutiny as required, we do not chase league tables or bragging rights. Resolving a client’s issue is the only objective and the sole measure and definition of success.

  • No-one is an island and no-one has all the answers. We shall work as a team and with our clients in every situation.

  • We do not seek to exploit or take advantage of situations whether advising or investing. Rather we seek to understand the problems presented to us and work towards innovative solutions that deliver in a precise manner.

  • We are not entitled to succeed. We believe we offer clients a unique value proposition but must work hard everyday, and in every situation, to prove ourselves and deliver on our promises to the best of our abilities.
