He has deep expertise in commodity financing and strong relationships with CEOs across major traders and streaming companies globally.

Mark Cutifani

Founding Partner

Mark Cutifani is a mining engineer with 50 years of global experience across six continents, 20 countries, and 30+ commodities. Former CEO of Anglo American, he delivered 22% TSR, doubled productivity, and cut costs by 40%. As Executive Chair of Vale Base Metals, he led a transformation improving safety, productivity, and costs. He is a founding partner at Odin, advising on large-scale transformations.

Tony O’Neill

Founding Partner

Tony O’Neill is a mining engineer with 45 years’ experience across global multi-commodity operations. Former Group Director of Technical and Sustainability at Anglo American, he led transformative initiatives including FutureSmart Mining™, advancing innovation and sustainability. At Odin, he has led 35+ technical asset reviews for companies such as Vale, Rio Tinto, and Newmont, identifying value pathways and operational improvements.

Joy Senyo

Senior Manager

Joy Senyo has over 11 years of experience across investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate finance, and investing, with transaction exposure spanning Africa, Europe, and emerging markets. He previously worked in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and in corporate finance and structuring at Liberty Global, advising on complex cross-border transactions and strategic financings.

Nupur Rele

Vice President

Nupur Rele has 8 years of M&A advisory experience focused on battery raw materials and critical minerals. She previously worked at Standard Chartered, advising Asia-Pacific clients on cross-border buy- and sell-side private transactions, as well as ASX public market deals. At Odin, she leverages this expertise to support strategic transactions and capital raising across the energy transition sector.
